FITMENT ANALYSIS: COMPRESSION VS. COMFORT

Most athletes buy the wrong size because they equate "loose" with "comfortable". In grappling, loose fabric is a liability. Your gear must function as a second skin.

THE "LOCKED-IN" FEEL

FIT TYPE: PRO COMPRESSION

A properly fitted rashguard should be slightly difficult to put on. Once on, it should apply even pressure across the chest and shoulders. This compression increases blood flow and prevents opponents from grabbing loose fabric.

Torso Length Check

TORSO LENGTH MATTERS

CHECKPOINT: HIP BONE COVERAGE

If you raise your arms and the rashguard exposes your stomach, it's too short. BASE gear is cut longer than standard t-shirts to ensure it stays tucked into your shorts during inversions and scrambles.

HOW TO CHOOSE

  • Competition Fit: Choose your exact size on the chart. Maximum compression, zero drag.
  • Training Comfort: Size up one level if you prefer a slightly more relaxed fit for daily drilling.
  • Between Sizes? Always size UP. Our compression rating is high.
